Vacanza Complex

The pool was fantastic although no ball games allowed which is fair enough, the room we stayed in for 6 people was extremely spacious and great value for money. Our host Juan was extremely inviting and very helpful, if we had any questions he was very responsive and helpful with our issues. Overall a great stay.

Only one thing, the pool didn’t allow ball games apart from the smaller pool which was not quite deep enough to enjoy a ball game.

Juan was brilliant, fantastic host ….. nothing to much trouble and he was very nice too, well mannered and respectful. Pool area fantastic for a family of swimmers and none swimmers … each had their joy

Musky on arrival however recognise that’s the extreme heat and once we opened patio doors etc was fine. Note also sun loungers are extra but that was done by us 20 euro each got two for sure all in and out of the fantastic pool. No drinks area at the pool but again ok for with kids do ye wanna be surrounded by drinking people although even a something with fresh water and toilet for the kids would have been beneficial. Now there is a supermarket right across the road so …

The room was excellent and close to all amenities.pool was beautifull and Juan the owner couldn't do enough for us any problems he was there .deffo would go back.

Just the opening time of pool at 11.30 although there was a kids pool to use untill then

Nothing the guy shouted at me and was threatening the pool was closed he stole my belongings and wouldn't return them stay well away from this place he kept my 480 pounds and wouldn't give me refund there was road works going on outside he new about in advance

It was awful on arrival the pool was shut he's done a deal with the next holiday miles away saying it's just around the corner he was aggressive when I asked for a refund the noise was loud started at 8 in the morning all day he kept my money after asking for a refund I spent nearly 4 hours on the phone to him and booking . Com to try and sort this

location was excellant, Juan the manager of complex was very helpfull and helped us with all our needs our pick up from Airport to Complex, Meeting us early in the morning to see us to our room and explain, the area best places to eat, was very helpful.

Location was perfect for Families quiet and very safe apartment s very clean and modern , shops and restaurants within walking distance loads to do for all age's very affordable prices ,and the host Jaun offered arrangements to collect us from airport which made the journey stress free
