It’s roomy, clean and well equipped It’s location is central so you have easy access to shops, beach, etc

The noise coming from the bar downstair. It’s not so much the music but the people talking or fighting outside of the bar at 2 in the morning

Very comfortable and clean apartment, fully equipped, perfect location.

It can be a bit noisy during the night, as the windows don't help much filtering noise from folks screaming in the street. It's a minor thing anyway, everything else was perfect.

Great location - very close to Islote de Fermina, Playa Reducto, and not far from Charco, so well placed for exploring the capital, including a short walk to the bus station to explore beyond. The washing machines and drying facilities on the roof terrace are really useful, and you'll also find a toilet and separate shower up there. On the other side of the roof terrace are sun loungers, an outside shower, and lockable luggage storage if required. The apartment was nice and cool (in March), whilst it was warm outside. The shower is hot, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is an electric heater and blankets for those chilly spring evenings. Slept really well in the comfortable beds in a cool apartment. We loved it! Communication with the owner was good, and we were quickly given our room and building access details. Check-in is normally 15:00, but our apartment was ready much earlier, which was nice. Check-out at 12:00 was nice too - overall a very relaxing experience.

Minor issues to be aware of: No air-conditioning, which we knew about, and didn't need in March, but assume it would be nice to have in summer... Noise - beyond the control of the apartment owners, but good to be aware of; floor sound-proofing in the building isn't good i.e. from the apartment above. No lift, and washing-machines are on the roof terrace. If climbing several flights of stairs to access your apartment/do your washing might be taxing, then maybe this isn't the place for you.
