I liked the house, was modern, had everything you needed in the kitchen, in the bathroom there was shampoo and shower gel, toilet paper. The bed was comfy, spacious open wardrobe, I liked the fact there were many towels like that you can wash them and have another one to use. There is a strong hair dryer which is great. The bottle of wine complementary is a nice touch.

I was disappointed by the clearness of the house, there were hair in the shower and around the house on the floor. Is very hard to find parking around the area unless you want to pay for it. There is humidity in the house, so is a bit smelly if you don't open the windows. To worm up the house there is a little portable heater as there is no A/C or heaters. I had a request of a bottle opener and the staff never brought it and I had to use the broken one and hurting my hand, I've reminded them twice and still nothing. So the service doesn't exist.

The place was modern and the location within the city was really great. We also liked the terrace and the possibility to wash your clothes.

Some basics were missing in the kitchen, like a peeler, salt and pepper, trash bags so we had to buy everything. Sometimes it was a bit challenging to find a parking spot when you came back in the evening. You could also hear a lot from the hallway and the upstairs neighbors. Don’t know if they were particularly loud but we could hear slamming doors, the chairs being moved etc. After some time that got really annoying. All in all fine, if you just want a place to stay in the city.

Great little apartment, with lots of basic amenities. The beds were very comfortable and beach is less than 5 min walk.

No lifts, so had to carry the pram up and down the stairs every day. When we got there it took some time for the lady over the phone to give us the apartment number as this wasn't given before hand. Waited a little while before they could find it. No parking which would have been a really good addition.

As for the room itself, it was decent, and the location was okay.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my check-in experience. In Europe, a 3 PM check-in time is already quite late, but my room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM. Being busy is not an excuse—guests should not have to bear the consequences of poor management. This was completely unacceptable. The hotel staff didn’t even answer calls; they only communicated through text messages, which was very unprofessional. As for the room itself, it was decent, and the location was okay. One notable feature was the terrace, which had a washing machine available for use. However, the hot water supply was limited—after one person showered, the next person had to wait about an hour before there was enough hot water again.

Dampness and cold floor when it’s winter season, double bed is in reality two single beds, for me cold uncomfortable lights

Excellent location, clean.

No parking place so you have to pay garage parking
