The code to open the door and the apartment came on time. However, we did not receive the apartment number, so we had to wait a while for it to be sent. Otherwise everything was fine. The rooms were big enough, nicely equipped and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, we didn't miss anything in the apartment. Communication was absolutely fine. It is the perfect starting point for exploring the island. The large parking lot is about 1 km away and the path to the apartment leads along the promenade around the beach, so that's great too.

On the one hand, the location of the apartment is nice - everything you need is nearby, including the beach. Unfortunately, this also means noise from the street, where almost every evening there was quite a lot of noise from the street late into the night. The Chinese restaurant located on the corner of the street, which has vents from the kitchen located near the apartment, is also unpleasant. On the days when it was open, it was not possible to ventilate the apartment because of the smell from the restaurant. If, like us, you spend most of your time outside the apartment, you won't care. The above-mentioned noise at night was mainly annoying.

Really nice apartment with a great location close to the beach but also to the city centre of Arrecife so lots of restaurants, bars and shops. We enjoyed being in a city with a mix of locals and tourists rather than a resort. The apartment was confusing and very well equipped. The code system worked really well no need to carry keys. Great apartment for a week in Arrecife, highly recommended.

It was no problem for us but they're was no lift. This could be an issue for older people or young families.

Building no soundproofing outside noise could be heard inside property . Any loud voices seem to echo through the whole building

This is a great place to stay. The location is just great, very close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The apartment itself is very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are conformable.

The parking is a challenge if you rent a car, but we knew in advance that the apartment has no parking reserved. A payable parking is available in a nearby hotel.

Everything. The service they provided us with was impeccable!! The team really made us feel at home. The house was beautiful and everything was placed nicely. Clean. They had everything: hairdryer, iron, kitchen pots, extra towels and etc. The terrace was also clean and perfect for some sunbathing. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Great location with a nice walking distance to main city attractions, restaurants, beach, bus station etc. The appartment was very comfy. We especially liked the big table in the living room and fast WIFI, both really good to work, as well as appliances like an iron, hairdryer and toaster which turned out very handy. There is also a common rooftop terrace and washing machines available to the guests. Highly recommend the appartment!

There have been a couple of smaller shortcomings in the appartment, however the staff took care of them very quickly. The overall tidiness could have been better at the arrival.
