La proximité avec le centre de Puerto Del Carmen, la piscine, mais surtout l’accueil chaleureux et le prix !

Le nettoyage aurait pu être mieux fait (lavabo, vaisselle). Et ce qui nous a évidemment le plus manqué est un ventilateur fonctionnel ou une clim.

C’était très bien situé et très bien équipé ! De plus, l’hôte a été très accueillante et très très gentille

El colchón incómodo. No había aire acondicionado ni ventilador de techo, además el ventilador que había no tiraba casi aire.

It was good value for money. The balcony had a nice view of the pool and it had a fridge, washing machine and even a hairdryer with a diffuser for curly hair.

No sun loungers so could not relax by pool. Building site across the road with continual noise from early morning until late afternoon for most of our stay made it impossible to sit on balcony. We were not advised of any building works and feel the apartment should not be let while the works are ongoing. No housekeeping and only one bath towel and hand towel each provided for a two week stay and same with bed linen. We were provided with a change of both when requested. Apartment needs updating. No oven as advertised or bathrobes.

The location was perfect, just a short walk into the old town. It had everything you would need and was a good base for us to walk to different locations.

I couldn't find any loungers around the pool.

The balcony was small and no sun got to it....also 1 of the residents was constantly singing from 6.15am every morning which was annoying

Self-catering facility ideally located in Old Town area.

Mainly no dislikes either of the accommodation or location. Perfectly positioned to visit pubs and restaurants.
