Old Town Puerto del Carmen

The host met us with the keys and was very welcoming. The property was clean and it was useful to have a dishwasher and washing machine. The king size bed was comfy. The balcony was quite spacious and had a sea view. We liked that the property was in a quiet area and was in a good location to access the Old Town and Harbour area. We had a problem with no signal on the tv but this was sorted by the host. A good base for visiting the local area.

The property has access to a pool but there are no sunbeds around the pool. It would be useful to have some fold up sunbeds on the balcony for use near the pool as we had to take the patio chairs down which were not very comfy. It would be very useful to have a safe to use which could easily be fitted into the wardrobe. The shower cubicle grout needed cleaning or replacing.

Great location, out of the way from all the hustle and bustle, but still very close to it all as well. Cleaning/washing detergents provided Great cooking facilities/equipment Sharp knife for making salads/cutting cheese Morning/early afternoon sun on the balcony Pool area is a sun trap and protected from wind

Could be noisy at times, but managed just fine with earplugs and was never noisy after 11pm
