Neighbors could be a bit noisy

Good location. Nice pool; (unheated) Pleasant neighbours Dishwasher Large fridge freezer. Washing machine.

Worn and tired looking .. Uncomfortable balcony chairs. We had to wash pans that had been put in the cupboard dirty. The shower tray had black mould around the seal, so we bought some bleach and scrubbed it ..

No sun loungers at pool sun only in morning but certainly wouldn't stop me staying again 💯

Perfect stay exactly what i needed and wanted - cozy comfy apart stocked with all needed stuff even basic groceries (salt@pepper, cooking oil, etc). Has Moka coffee maker, electric cooker/stove x4hobs, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, utensils, kitchenware and more... Apartment itself is basic and bit dated so could get some upd/rehab like extra power sockets (no any1 by the bed so i plugged both fan and phone charger with 3x adapter found in the kithcen..) and aircon could be a big bonus otherwise place is clean and looked after so as soon as you aint paying for any luxury and place feels homely. Also it has loads of privacy....important thou. Nice balcony with morning sun and partial sea view was my fav! Comfy semi-firm "King+" size mattress - huge thanks from my back ;)) Quality cotton bedding! Fan in the bedroom helps to breath as the window facing inner path so not that much air flow. Powerful shower with plenty of hot water but tiny shower cubicle (even for me aint any close to plus size girl). Spacious living room/ktchen has 2 sofas, sofa table, JVC tellie (listened a FM-radio on it so cant say what are TV channels) and dinning x4 table. This apartments complex has small swimming pool i never used, neither saw sunbeds by the pool (Bring your own..?) Otherwise its quiet, clean with respectful people around. Fantastic response from the Host - so easy to communicate with very welcoming and adaptive, Special Thank you once again! Location isnt in the centre but Old Harbour i love it here not my first time in the area. Everything is within walking distance apart from Airport.. Lanzarote bus service just The Night Mare. so taxi was called..

Lovely location, apartment was a great size and clean. Large comfy bed and plenty of storage. The washing machine was a perfect addition, meaning no clothes to wash after our break away. Decent size fridge freezer. No private parking if you have a car, but there's plenty of street parking available, and we always managed to get close to the apartment. The owner was very accommodating and friendly with lots of local knowledge.

There's not really much to complain about, but a couple of points that could improve, i suppose. There's no oven in the kitchen, which isn't usual, but there is no toaster either, so it's not ideal for guests who like toast or warm pastries, etc. We did have a leak from the washing machine, which was dealt with quickly. The kitchen, albeit is functional, is looking a little tired but we were told the owner is looking to replace this soon. The patio chairs are not comfy to sit for any length of time, so these are not practical for taking around the pool.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean on arrival. The pool area immediately below is facing the sun all day. There’s a smart TV too, to access your own Netflix account etc. Will definitely return here.
