Apartamento en Calle Tres Peces

The location is unbeatable! It’s within walking distance to bars, restaurants, metro, markets, and major tourist attractions. We are a family of four, and the apartment had plenty of space, comfortable and perfect for our stay. For the price we paid, it was very competitive and offered great value.

Noise! If you’re a light sleeper, make sure to bring earplugs. The apartment is on the ground floor and next to the street, so you’ll hear noise from outside as well as some noise from within the building which is pretty typical for such a lively area. There’s no A/C, but there are two fans provided. We didn’t need it during our stay but if you’re visiting in the summer, just be prepared to rely on the fans to stay comfortable.

Although location was central, there's no sound proofing. It's like sleeping in the cardboard box. I couldn't sleep on Friday and Saturday nights because of all the parties going on outside, and people walking up the stairs in heels. Asked 3 times for an extra blanket, no response and no blanket. Floors are in terrible condition. Water doesn't drain, you have to stop showering to let the water drain. Very dusty, like it wasn't cleaned in months. Paint is peeling. Walls are dirty. It's moldy. Pillows are huge and hard, you'll need to go to a chiropractor in the morning. Bed is hard. Key pickup location is 6 minutes away. So you have to walk with your luggage. Everything is in bad shape of repair, needs a major renovation.
