Once inside the apartment was comfortable. It was in a very good location at a decent price.

The keys! It was impossible to get inside without using this technique and that. It took us a few mins to 5 mins each time. Even the.neighbour got involved and struggled. A coffee maker or cafetiere would have been nice too - this is standard on Spanish homes.

I arrived at this accommodation with my wife and child on 17.06 around 8.30pm. The accommodation was prepaid for 17.06-19.06.2023. I informed in advance that the arrival will take place between 9pm and 10pm. When I arrived, the owner of the accommodation informed me that I have to pay a deposit of 100€ and since his office is already closed, he will send me payment instructions by email. I was waiting for these instructions to pay approx. 2 hours, but I didn't get any instructions from them. I texted the owner of the accommodation and offered to pay the deposit in cash or tomorrow during office hours, but the owner of the accommodation did not respond to my messages. I called the booking.com assistant several times, with whose help I finally managed to clarify the instructions for paying the deposit. Around 11:30 p.m., I made a €100 payment and sent a payment order to the accommodation. Unfortunately, neither I nor the booking.com assistant was able to contact the owner of the accommodation after that. The story ended with us finding a nearby hotel and rebooking there for 2 nights. The next morning I spoke to booking.com again who offered me a compromise for a refund for one night. Today, 25.06.2023, the situation is such that neither the money paid for the accommodation nor the €100 deposit have been returned to me.         After 4 hours on the street, with a wife and child and almost 400€ of lost money, I recommend everyone to seriously consider whether such accommodation is worth doing business with

The lighting isn't working properly but location is good, there are lots of restaurants and easy to stroll around, room is a bit small but all is good

the house smells of moisture, the alarm goes off for no reason, they charged us €30 for the ashtray we used when we smoked in front of the apartment on the street

Excellent location close to city centre and near lots of cafes, bars and restaurants

The apartment could've been cleaner and better equipped. Old dishes,towels and cutlery, no teaspoons and hob not working properly
