Apartamento en Calle Tres Peces

Good location. Apartment is close to metro and resturants.

Host is not helpful. Key collection is a hassle.

Great location with great bars/restaurants just around the corner and walking distance to all monuments. Metro station and railway station in walking distance too. Owner was very kind and friendly and gave us really good tips and suggestions.

Towels were kind of smelly once they got wet. Beds could be more comfortable. Areas like under the sofa were not clean enough.

The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Everything you needed was in the apartment.

Nothing to complain about

Location. Right at Madrid City Center.

1. I was very tired from travel and picking up the keys about a mile away was not convenient. 2. The keys to the main apartment didn't work well. The receptionist came to help us the first time. However, it was always a struggle, required several attempts, very frustrating. 3. The bed sheets didn't smell or look clean. I didn't have a blanket. The mirror in the bedroom was hung horizontally, and above the level of our heads - so it was only a decoration, could've been functional. The other bedroom didn't have an accessible outlet to charge a phone. 4. The kitchen didn't have complete utensils, or basic supplies, so we never used it. 5. The balcony French doors didn't open. 6. At night, there was loud street & building hallway noise, and a hallway light streamed into a bedroom window. I couldn't sleep well.
