Apartamento en Calle Tres Peces

Al ubicación respecto al metro y el centro de Madrid.

El sitio no es como en las fotos. En realidad es muchos más sombrío y no está tan bien cuidado, con mucho olor a humedad. Había polvo y basura de los clientes previos, la habitación principal era mucho más sombría y no estaba igual reformado como en las fotos. Por el precio y para lo que usamos el piso (casi exclusivamente un sitio para dormir), el precio era correcto, pero no lo recomendaría si tu intención es pasar muchas horas dentro de él.

the flat is not really well equipped, also the cleaning was not perfect...

The appartement it is supper pretty and has just what you need and is beautiful. Enough towels for the weekend also and shampoo and conditioner.

It had a weird smell. You could hear absolutely everything from everywhere. And there is people specially in the late afternoon and at night talking in front of the door or windows and slamming the principal door. You hear everything they say even with all windows and doors close. I even heard people having sex upstairs. There is so much noise around whenever you wanna sleep. And the restroom door doesn't have a lock. Or anything to let people know you are using it.

Great location, a reasonable price for an apartment

You should get the keys in other building 5 min from the apartment which is not really convenient. no a/c. Ongoing renovation in the building

The only thing I liked about the property was the location. I cannot give you anything else that I would have liked. I am sorry but the place was a dump.

The property was a disaster. Key pickup was literally in the ghetto we felt very unsafe walking those streets. The apartment was dirty with dead flying ants and mold everywhere. It smelled so terrible that we ended up leaving a day early and went to a hotel. I am allergic to mold and mildew and started coughing and wheezing therefore we had to leave. The advertising was deceiving and just plain false.

The location was great!! The kitchen was good for a short vacation and the appartment was spacious for three people :)

There was no phone reception in the appartment and you could hear everything the upstairs neighbours where doing. It wasn' t very clean and there was mold as well as many ants :/ It was also quite hard to get into the appartment as the door was often a bit stuck.

Location was central with underground close by.

Very dark apartment, only 1 very small window. smelt of damp and the bathroom had mould on the walls. Having to go in search of the keys after a very long journey was not ideal.
