El Mirador

•Very cozy apartment. The pictures do not portray how nice it actually is. Also the view through the window is breathtaking. •The bed is comfy, the kitchen is equiped with everything you may need. •The location is amazing. It's close to Teide, other hiking spots and near the cities. •I loved that we could park the car near the house. We always found a parking spot. All in all, that's a very good deal for a relatively low price. We loved it!

I liked the view of the whole city and I was pleased with the friendly communication with the host.

The apartment is perfect for a couple. I have been working in Tenerife many times and always stay at the beach. This is my first time staying in the montain, and it worth it. The place has incredible views, there are no neighbours close and you feel alone. It is a completely different experience. The hoster is a very nice person and very helpful. I will come back for sure.

It takes 35 minutes to arrive at the beach. In my case, I had to do that trip every day since my workplace was in there. But if you go on holidays, you can do a lot of plans in the montains and when you go down to the beach on holidays 35 minutes is nothing.

Everything… fantastic location, great hosts, peaceful, perfect for a couple’s walking holiday.

Great location to visit the Teide region ! Great house, it is very cute with an amazing view! Highly recommend! And Michael is super nice.

The location was very peaceful. If you don't have car you can take a nearby bus to Teide - one bus per day each way. The hosts Michael and Linda were very accommodating . I was able to get some laundry done and gpt a loft to catch the ferry on my final morning there.

If you don't have a car it can be a little difficult......

Wonderful location to start hikes near Teide and up to the Teide volcano itself. Close to the charming old town of Vilaflor. Beautiful view from the terrace (we weren't lucky with the weather, but whenever the clouds cleared, we could even see the ocean in the distance). The garden is large, though somewhat neglected. The apartment is quite small but sufficient for two people. We weren't lucky with the weather in April, so it was cold inside, but a radiator and heater were available and did the job. Excellent contact with the owner.

One thing that really bothered us was the very uncomfortable beds! Both the frame and the mattress need replacing. Unfortunately, every night spent in that bed was very difficult, as the mattress would slip off the frame and was very uneven and soft. An extra blanket in the closet for colder nights was without a cover.

Location was a great hub for hiking, including Mount Teidi! Lovely view of Vilaflor Good parking Great communication by owner Allow of earlier check in to suit. Local shop for snacks after a long hiking day!
