Shower leaked and couldn’t always dry mat due to weather.

Great location. We always stay in playa bastian. It’s close to bar Los Amigos - great place with very short walk to the pool ! Management company replaced the TV the night we arrived as it did not work, this was noted by the previous renters to us. When updated would be fantastic place to stay

Damp - visible in ceilings in main bedroom and en-suite. Bed mattress signs of mould we tried to air the property leaving windows wide open during the day but bed sheets and clothes felt damp! Main bathroom shower leaked all over the floor! The owners need to spend money on maintenance. No A/C so summer would be unbearable. Plug sockets falling off the wall.

Estar al lado del ruido del bar y que la piscina estuviese en obras. La televisión no funciona y las sartenes necesitarían renovación.

The room smelled of mold and stuffiness, it was impossible to sleep.

There was an electric heater for cold nights & mornings

Damp on bedroom & bathroom ceilings Conservatory & it’s furniture need replacing! Very small outside area - No table & chairs to sit outside & eat. Only had fold up deck chairs to sit outside on! TV broke ~ which we reported, but due to a misunderstanding with owners ? No one came to fix it. Wasn’t very private, as didn’t realise it was so close to the Tapas Bar - it wasn’t noisy as closed at 9.30am - just wasn’t very private if you choose to sit outside.

Excellent location for walking& cycling

The key code was hard to operate but after 20 mins managed to open although we contacted host & she was coming over to assist. The property was cold & damp but a teli call to host Leticia & she came over the same day with a heater & a dehumidifier.
