Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro de Valencia. Es muy comodo y espacioso, ya que cuenta con 2 baños y dos recamaras. La vista que tienes en sala y comedor es increible. La decoracion nos gusto mucho

Al principio olia un poco a caño, ventilando mejoraba el olor. No cuenta con elevador, es un punto importante al reservar.

La ubicación , la comodidad y la amplitud.

Habian dos puertas de salida a la calle , la de la portería que se podia abrir desde dentro y una segunda puerta de acceso directo a la calle que iba con llave y no tenia maneta interior por lo que lo considero un poco peligroso en caso de emergencia.
