Apartamentos FV Flats Valencia - San Felipe Neri

The spaciousness of the apartment was great and nicely furnished. Great supermarket right downstairs. The apartment manager was very attentive when we asked for duvets and informed him about the broken kettle.

The location was quite a distance to the Harbour/beach and the old town and the Science & Arts Center. Main attractions not in walking distance. We booked and paid for 6 people, but there were only 3 beds available (2x double + 1x single) , with one person having to sleep on the couch. Unfortunately, the bedding was only a sheet and it got quite cold at night.

Easy to collect the keys, but first time in Valencia and using FV Flats so wasn't sure how to get in the building so had to use WhatsApp for detailed instructions ie door code to get in, and then floor no and flat no as the address wasn't clear (I'm from the UK and so it was completely new to me). But Customer Service was really helpful and very quick to respond

The smell from the drains was awful in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door (as no extractor) and bedroom window open all the time when not in use.

Great location. Apartment was clean and spacious. It was also quiet during the night.

The automatic door closer was confusing at first.

Good location good size apartment all amenities for self catering Clear communication and help when needed Supermarket 10m away was handy Good access to transport and the park and food market right outside

Some areas dated fridge was a bit old Couple of days there was smell from drains in bathrooms not sure if this was due to rain outside Shower curtain wasn’t great glass partition would be better

I think a bit overpriced, but the place is completely worth it and amazing, and we went also in peak season

Safty, good door locks. Nothing special tho

Bed was hard, and like always kitchen wear really dirty.
