It is a humble but nice apartment. Close to a metro and a bus station. Spacious enough for 5 people. Beds are comfortable, and AC and appliances are in working condition. Overall, it was a comfortable, albeit not luxurious stay.

Sink drains need cleaning. Minor issue for a short stay though. We were a bit taken aback at how few comfort items were in the apartment. For example, no trash cans in the bathrooms.The towels were very thin and very few. At our request, however, additional towels were provided.

"Valencia is a big historic city with lots of restaurants and bars."

The apartment was clean and comfortable in a nice area near to the metro and buses.

The apartment was 40 minutes walk to the beach and 40 minutes walk to the city centre. So on reflection I would stay nearer to the centre if I returned.

Good location, close to the metro station with line that takes you to the airport. There is a playground in front of the building which was perfect for our kid. Also a local market with an amazing bar is right infront! Kitchen had everything we needed. Apartment is cosy. Overall great experience :)

To reach the bathroom you have to pass through the bedroom which was the only inconvenience we had.

"Excellent location"

Excellent location within walking distance of the old town, central market, the science centre and Oceanographic. The beach is easily reached via Metro, with a station a few minutes walk from the apartment. There's a supermarket just across the street and Mercat d'Algerios on the square.

A very minor point - a saucepan and a functioning corkscrew would be welcome!
