Clean,accessible and comfortable

Property was equal distance between the old city and the beach about 45 minute walk each way although you could use the metro system that is very close. The apartment had everything you would need gorgeous a few days stag in Valencia. There is a street market immediately outside on a Monday. Plenty of authentic tapas bars close by.

Very good contact with the host, mercato just behind the corner and panoramic window in the living room are strong assets of this apartament!

Great location, nearby metro station. Supermarket around the corner. Quiet street. Many restaurants nearby.

The watercooker needs to be replaced, it was full of lime scale. There was a sewer odor coming from the bathroom. Amenities were poor, no soap or dishwasher, + a broom of some kind would have been nice, due to no cleaning during our stay.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped with all necessary things. I really appreciate a good and fast communication with host.

This small apartment was truly our home away from home for the six days we spent in Valencia. It is located on a small plaza with a Consum grocery store and a daily food market as neighbors. The floor to ceiling windows bring in lots of light and overlook the square and its lively playground. The apartment is very well situated and within walking distance to the old town and the City of Arts and Sciences (10 to 15 minutes). A walk of about 30 minutes can get you to the beaches. The kitchen is very well-equipped and efficiently cooked many meals for us during our stay. The bed is very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and easy to contact. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Just a couple of minor things... There was no liquid soap for dishwashing. There were a couple of soap tablets for the dishwasher but we didn't use enough dishes at one time to start it up. Luckily we had some with us that we could use. Also, there was not enough toilet paper supplied to last through our 6 day stay. We had to buy some at the Consum store.

Location, price and comfort.👍 Good facilities (except for saucepans to cook). Clean (except for the shower cubicle which has some grain building up on the bottom of the glass). Good central heating and air conditioning and good location to shops, cafe and Metro. Overall 8/10.

You could hear conversations and footsteps etc from the flat above and there were a number of guests staying in flat 5 that were consistently rowdy and expletive so we complained and was resolved by landlord.
