The location was ideal, in the centre of resort. So, busy during the day, and quiet at night. The view from the balcony is amazing.

There’s Air conditioning in the living room, would be good if it was extended to the bedroom, rather than just a fan.

Location was fantastic. Very quite even thought we were only a few steps away from bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The terrace was a great size with a comfortable sun lounger and a fantastic view looking out not so much in looking down onto the roofs of the restaurants. The terrace got the sun all day but also a place to sit in the shade. Very modern apartment that was to our taste. Good internet access.

We did have cockroaches albeit small and only saw around 20- 1 a day they fear me so put me on edge. We were given spray but they still came out at dark so had to sleep with lights on. I know cockroaches exist in Lanzarote but I have never experienced them inside.

Loved the view and terrace Water pressure was a little low.

Great location right near the sea.Spacious sunny balcony.Cleaning and a bedding change after one week.Coffee machine with pods,sugar,condiments provided.Perfectly adequate kitchen facilities.Clean and comfortable.

Water pressure in the kitchen a little on the low side (sometimes in the shower too).No uk TV channels.....although the tv is a smart tv and you can alter the default audio from Spanish to English.This works well on channels like DMax,Paramount and 3A2 where a lot of content originates from US/UK.

Super location, with a lovely living room and terrace.

Requested lock box code for keys 4 times, over 48 hours, from Raquel of MiCasa, up to the time of arrival, and telephoned twice from outside the apartment with no answer. As the last resort, I messaged Jose, the owner, who, luckily, did respond immediately, apologising, and saying Raquel was now on holiday. Overall, somewhat disappointed for the price (almost £1000 for the week), with irritating little things that are all mentioned in previous reviews (some quite old) - Jose says he is visiting in April "to take a good look at the apartment and give it some much needed TLC" Thanks Jose, but not much help to us, nor anyone else staying recently, or in the next few weeks. The shower is not the fancy unit showing in the photograph, but a basic mixer with hose (the hose needs replacing), which looks like it was fixed by a twelve year old. The outside tap leaks, so the terrace was wet much of the time. The Tassimo coffee machine had the descaling warning light on, with no way to clean it. (Coincidentally, we couldn't find a shop that sold Tassimo pods) The toaster only worked occasionally. Stayed for a week, and had to search out some random spare towels, and there was no option or offer for a change of bed linen. Finally, unfortunately, with no-one to blame, the hair drier made a rather loud bang, to end its working life.

Comfortable apartment in great location with great sea view. We will definitely stay again.

Problem with the water pressure and supply that was fixed quickly.

Terrace, frontline location was great. Apartment was brilliant and would definitely book again. Raquel was great and answered any queries very quickly

hose, mop, bucket etc on Terrace. Hose leaked constantly, not much but enough to be annoying. A storage unit on balcony would make it look tidier. Clutter beside the shower, suggest a door put on this area. Apart from that brilliant apartment

Great location, amazing sea view! Tucked away above a retail clothing shop unit which does work long hours. Nice and quiet in the apartment although very close to all shops and restaurants.

Some of the decor finish was poor, particularly the shower taps held in with expanding foam! Low water pressure and hot water didn’t last long in the shower. Cleaning bucket and misc maintenance items left loose in a bathroom corner, just needed to be out of sight with some cupboard doors around it.
