Apartamento Gaviota

This flat is in our opinion beautiful, the balcony gave us sun all day, with fantastic views. The bed was very comfortable. I had read previous comments before travelling about the aircon, so was expecting to pay, we had no complaints, 1 euro gave us 4 hours use & we only used it whilst getting ready to go out in the evening, so over our week stay it only cost us 3 euros

We did have a slight issue with the key box number! Not received! We would also have liked a bottle of water & if we had stayed longer a couple more bath towels would have been needed. Small details only for the owner to make this better than it already is We will be back

Comfortable and well equipped apartment in the perfect location in Playa Blanca old town, less than 5 mins walk to the town beach and seafront restaurants.

The shared parts of the building - entrance and corridors - were a little tired looking and could do with a refresh.

Perfect central location. Great sea view. Air conditioning. Very well equipped apartment.

No English tv channels.

2nd time staying here, ideal, sun most of the day on the balcony.

No British TV channels 😢 We don't have Netflix or amazon etc.

The location was exceptional....wall-to-wall sea view from a very large balcony, & the living room. The entire apartment was furnished & equipped to a very high standard - literally home from home! Nothing was overlooked! I would have stayed for a month if I could! I'm hoping I may be able to return for a repeat stay next summer, or sooner! Since I was not due to arrive until approx 8.00p.m. it would have been lovely if there was a bottle of water in the fridge, since one couldn't use the tap water to boil & make tea. Therefore, it was immediately necessary to visit the supermarket right away...which luckily was only minutes walk from the exit.

Only the absence of a bottle of water on arrival, as mentioned above.

Perfect location and fabulous terrace

The property manager forgot to advise us of the door lock safe key code and we spent 30 minutes trying to contact her. Not a good start.

Lovely apartment in a great location with large furnished balcony with sea view. Everything you need for a self catering holiday, although we ate out each evening as there is so many good restaurants close by. Also pay as you go air con, operated by euro coins is great as it was very warm during our stay. This was our second stay in this apartment and would stay more but always booked up way in advance.

Location with great sea views and a central location. Also opposite an amazing ice cream shop! The apartment is well equipped with everything you should need for your holiday. Plus the lady who left the keys responded immediately when we did have an issue.

The property is looking a bit tired probably because it is very popular. Missing tiles in the bathroom and grubby shower floor. Scuffed walls in the kitchen etc..
