Excellent location, fantastic view over sea looking over to Feurteventura. a few steps from shops & many good restaurants. There is nothing more you could want. The property manager Raquel was a pleasure to meet & talk to, sorted transport issue going out of her way to take time to help

Fantastic little flat with views of the sea. Very comfy stay. I found it quiet at night, which was great. Close to all the shops and restaurants, and only a few steps into the bright blue ocean!

No Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is coin operated. It was in the living room so I didn’t need it as the doors open and sea breeze was fine for me. The bedroom had a pedal fan only so it got a bit warm at night but still a fantastic stay. Make sure you bring any soap, toiletries, milk, coffee etc before you arrive as there’s only a toilet roll and 1 bottle of water.

This is definitely an apartment that is a good as it promises to be. Great sized balcony and spacious inside too. Centrally located, a little noise from the street at night from the bars below but this stops by midnight. WhatsApp contact from Raquel for arrival/departure details, even arranging a taxi for our return to the airport as well as a change of bedding halfway through our two week stay. Didn’t use the TV or dishwasher, washing machine was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

To be honest it is hard to find a fault. The parasol needs a heavier base to prevent it from tipping over and the sun beds are well worn, but nothing that spoilt our stay.

The location was excellent sea view lovely balcony, quite considering in main area. Just outside all bars and restaurants on front much better than we expected. Our host Raquel was lovely and available for any help required.

Think air conditioning in bedroom might be good for very hot weather no problem for us. All other things good no complaints. Nothing else to add as it was so good.

Amazing apartment with a spectacular view! Full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, immaculate oven, microwave & washing machine. Great shower too. In the heart of Playa Blanca’s restaurants, bars & shops. Great communication from our contact on WhatsApp & very grateful for the late check out for our evening flight home.

Although not an issue in May, no air con in bedroom could be uncomfortable in hotter months although there is a fan which we only used once & it was hot in May.

lack of finish at that price should have toilet paper toiletries etc. Also should have least one change of towels and linen during the stay. details about bibs etc would have been useful

Great sea front- line location and in the centre of the town.

There were a few storms and the patio doors could not be locked and the shutters above these doors did not work. These should be fixed. It would be preferable if a regular insect/ cockroach "bomb" is used as it took a few days to get rid of these.
