"Centrally located small apartment for two"

We received a warm welcome at the apartments from Gustavo and many helpful hints as well as a map of Madrid. Apartment was very clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance of attractions.

Perhaps remove a few of the chairs to allow more space in the apartment

"Location, quiet and comfortable."

Very central, just one street back from Gran Via and Gran Vía metro. In heart of shops and restaurants, the street and apartment quiet. Lots of things to see around. Us free 001 (not 1) bus up and down Gran Via but just ask driver for a ticket on entering at front door. Great value for $. Host had lots of great info and welcome drinks and snacks.

"Perfect really"

Loved the area. Lovely apartment and nicely detailed.spotlessly clean. Gustavo was very helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Sylvia greeted us on our arrival and helped with luggage and explained the city map.

Really nothing but pillows on bed needed to be better and bottom sheets that tuck in. Need better coat hangers and a bread knife.

"It was pleasant stay. The room was clean and perfect location. It has everything you need."

The owner was waiting outside apartment to give the instruction to us. She told everything we need and we can contact the owner via whatapps also. The room was OK with our 3 persons. It was clean and comfy stay. The location was perfect. It's in the middle of Grand Via place. You can walk to the place you need from there or use metro easily. If I have a chance will come back again.

In the bed room, there was small space to put my 28" luggage, recommend to use 25" luggage when use this type of room. Also, they don't have luggage storage if you come early but they do suggest to leave the luggage in the locker nearby. Luckily we can manage to check in early. We didn't have that problem.

"Would not stay here again"

It was just ok

Too many rules Too many smokers Did not like having a 200 euro. deposit hanging over us. For the price the overpriced cost we shouldn't be taking out garbage.
