Water didn’t drain in the shower room. Water pressure was low but it would have got flooded otherwise. The room was smaller than expected but it was fine

Perfect location, the apartment was very clean and equipped as required. The owner was very helpful, answered quickly any question and request we had. We've asked for early checkin based on availability and they managed to arange this. Bottom line - highly recommended

Great location and clean. Washer and kitchen were nice to have. Check in/out procedures and communication was very easy.

Bed and Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

My wife and child said that when they wake up in the morning, their bodies feel itchy.

Localization is amazing. In less than 50 meters we are in the middle of Gran Via. Restaurants near the apartment are great Isolation. It's a zone with night activity but apartment isolation was great. Apartment is very comfortable with everything we need for 4 persons.

We loved this apartment and the location in the Malasaña neighborhood! Our apartment was lovely, well designed, super clean, all the amenities, plus washer. Hosts Gustavo speaks fluent English, and his sister Sylvia very helpful. Sylvia was there to meet us and show us the apartment and key access, plus neighborhood info. Gustavo provided info on restaurants and the changes in the neighborhood. They also provided additional clean linen because we stayed an entire week. It's a bit edgy because it's urban living, meaning you'll find a very upscale grocery store, great theatre, impressive church, wonderful restaurants, wine and cocktail bars, but also sex workers in some areas (they don't bother you at all, very respectful).It was a very safe building and located in a safe area. It is located within two blocks from Gran Via and the metro. As a female, I felt very safe.

Avoid trying to get a shared ride (Huber, etc) on Gran Via. Select a side street. The shared ride best pick up location is on the side street Calle ...Quesada by HM & Primark, it was the closest to the apartment.
