Apartamento al lado de Gran Via - Pink

It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Plenty of hangers. Location was superb.

The towels were tiny. The shower head holder needs replacing as it directs the flow of water to the wall.

I liked the location of the property, it’s within walking distance to the market, food, and areas of interest. The person who greeted us to pass the keys was warm and friendly. We had a situation that require us to contact Gustavo and he was prompt to respond and very kind.

It was a bit smaller than expected based on the photos. The shower is equivalent to that of a cruise ship. For two people, it’s ok, but adding a third person would be cramped in my opinion.

Very nice cosy apartment in central Madrid. Very clean and well maintained. Gustavo and his family are excellent hosts. I highly recommend !!

Everything was great,very clean,well equipped,in the city center. We were so happy with this accommodation!

During reservation, policy written is any child age is welcome with extra charge however upon arrival we were being told need to pay extra 190 euro for extra 2 kids. Another things their house rules which is not mentioned in booking.com, one of the house rules is the guest agrees to deliver the apartment at the end of the stay reasonable cleanliness and without garbage, etc; otherwise extra cleaning fee of 20 euro will be charged. Last, noisy at night on the street even windows are closed.
