Mr Gustavo was very helpful during my stay, Sylvia explained us well about the apartment facilities, rooms were very clean , Mr Gustavo also arranged for an urgent printout of few important travel documents, overall a pleasant experience

Great location close to Gran Via and walking distance to many bar’s & restaurants, as well as the main tourist attractions. Communication from owner was excellent

Apartment is a little dark although not an issue if you are out and about in the city most of the time
