Generally ok for a comfortable stay.

The location is convenient, but not clean enough. They took a caution deposit, and threatened to deduct money under various conditions. The setup appeared unfriendly to us.

The location was perfect, roughly 10-15 min walk to everything. Easy to get on the metro. The facilities were very clean, and it was close to three different grocery stores. Tucked away of a busy street but you still feel close to the action.

The apartment was very clean and in a convenient location. We were met there on arrival and welcomed. They have very good security to the apartment and we liked that there was a washing machine!

The apartment and bed were quite small. Not a lot of room for our bags. Also the shower was very small.

Central location, well equipped, aircon is important and works well (although no dishwasher in this appartement despite being advertised )

the following relates to app 3B: the downside of this central location is unbearable street noise on weekends during nights: even if windows and shutters are closed - on weekdays the opposite department store receives deliveries during the night, garbage is as well collected every night, sometimes twice. We would have loved to know this upfront (but the reviews hardly tell) - it's nothing the owner can really influence (with the exception of maybe (even) better windows) - but knowing this we would not have booked at this price - in this context: the 2nd folding bed creeks and is not at all comfortable

Great location if you want to be in the middle of central Madrid. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with owner.

Could be a little noisy at times but this comes with being in the middle of a large city.
