Modern Flat in Alicante

Gute Lage, in 5 Minuten am Strand, mehrere Supermärkte ums Eck, 3 Schirme und ein Klappstuhl für den Strand. Größe der Wohnung für 5 Personen gut, vorallem die zwei Bäder.

Leider gab es im Zuge des Aufenthaltes mehrere unschöne Überlegungen. Uns viel gleich auf, dass es nicht sehr sauber war, überall fanden wir Haare und Brösel. Der WC Bürstenhalter war zur Hälfte mit Wasser gefüllt, was ziemlich ekelig war, mussten wir dann aus leeren. Eine der beiden Klimaanlagen war für die 2 Schlafzimmer + Küche nicht ausreichend dimensioniert. Es kaum kühl runter und alle 2 Stunden hat sie sich ausgeschaltet (für Nacht und Strandtag sehr ungünstig). Über diese Punkte hätten wir eigentlich keine soo negative Bewertung hinterlassen, jedoch war der Vermieter dermaßen unfreundlich und unehrlich. Die Waschmaschine hat nicht funktioniert, Tür ging nicht auf und nachdem wir dies anhand von Google geschafft hatten, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Waschmaschine nicht abpumpt. Es kam uns Wasser entgegen und die Wäsche war triefend nass!! Vom Vermieter kam daraufhin die Info, dass die Maschine NEU sei und er sicher keine neue kaufen würde nur weil wir sie nicht bedienen können. Er schickte uns seine Assistentin, welche uns versuchte zu helfen, indem sie uns sagte, dass nur das 18 Minuten Programm und Schleudern geht und sie die Handtücher und Bettwäsche immer so wäscht (Hygiene??) 🤢🤮 Es kam nach unserem Auszug dann nochmal eine WhatsApp dass wir quasi zu blöd zum Waschen seien und ein ein Foto mit massig Sand und Geld. Nachdem der Klobesen voller Wasser war denken wir nicht, dass die Waschmaschine regelmäßig gereinigt wird. Bilder von der neuen Maschine anbei... Wir sind von dem Herren sehr enttäuscht und würden trotz der guten Lage nicht wieder buchen!!!

Alles. Sehr schöne Wohnung, beste Lage, nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand. Gastgeber Gabriel war jederzeit erreichbar und hat alle Fragen schnell und gut beantwortet und ausgezeichnete Restaurant-Tipps gegeben. Besser geht nicht.

The apartment where big and had three large bedroom and two nice bathroom. It was close to the beach, to the bus stop and to central Alicante.

The aircondition in one of the bedroom didnt work.

Everything was there, staff all very accommodating and friendly. All the facilities and more. Very comfortable rooms. Great location 👌

Perfect location in the middle of the historic old town. 5 min walk to beach/port and to many lovely tapas bars. Huge apartment, large bedrooms and very clean with all amenities. Would definitely return.

Gabriel, the host, was very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out. Communication was great throughout our stay. The flat is in a very central location wihtin the city - only a short walk from most of the museums, bars / restuarants and the city beach. There's a taxi rank, tram and metro stations nearby to get to the bigger beach and other parts of the city. The flat is spacious and has fans / AC to help deal with the heat - great place to stay!

Spacious apartment that was in the heart of the old town. Comfortable beds, lovely views of the terracotta roof top and palm trees from the master bedroom and the murmur of the street life below. Balconies off two bedrooms and a 2nd living area. Communication from the owner Gabriel was excellent.
