Modern Flat in Alicante

Lovely large apartment plenty of space

The apartment is lovely and this is a criticism of Alicante night life not the apartment we were there during Halloween and the streets are noisy and can last until 7.30 am. So pick your time to visit

A really nice, big appartment with 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a further living room area. Everything was clean and nicely prepared. The host was wonderful and contacted me around 2 weeks before arrival. Both the arrival and the departure were easy and the location of the appartment is perfect. At the edge of the centre, but in a more quiet area. Beach, bus stations and all different bars and restaurants are only a few minutes away. I can only recommend this appartment.

The property was a good size, 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin. It had two small seating areas, and a kitchen/diner space. It also had 2 bathrooms with showers. It has nice furniture and lovely artwork. The location was absolutely amazing - it is less than 10 mins walk to the port and nearest beach, and seconds from for local restaurants and bars but it’s important to note some neighbours are displeased with tourists having fun too late in the night.

Some small fixes are required, genera wear and tear e.g wallpaper torn/coming off, light switch casing broken. There were very small jobs and should not stop anyone from staying because it’s a beautiful place to say.

the property is bright and specious, very nicely decorated. close proximity to all the amenities, the beach and town centre and all attractions. the host was really helpful and very responsive.

Host was excellent and very welcoming. Facilities were excellent and very good for a family Three very good sized bedrooms

The only thing I could say if being overly critical would be water pressure for the showers could be better but in no way demished an excellent stay.

location was very convenient, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and all tourist places. nice neighbourhood. owner was very helpful and went out of the way to accommodate our check in and check out timings. flat is also lovely, spacious and clean
