Waou Plaza de España VII - Alquiler Corta Duración

El piso espacioso, limpio y la ubicación muy buena.

El colchón de la habitación pésimo; hundido en el centro. No me parece bien que para poder alojarse tengas que pagar o bien una fianza de 300 euros o si no un suplemento de 18€ que luego no te devuelven... Que se utilizan por si se rompe algún vaso o alguna cosa,tipo vaso, rasguño,...etc.. La tostadora no funcionaba cuando fuimos a desayunar..solicitamos por la.mañana una, y no la repusieron hasta el día siguiente pasadas las 11 h de la mañana...se descuenta eso de los 18€?

Da acomodação em sim. Apartamento bem equipado e boa localização.

Muita burocracia para fazer o checkin e não tem nenhuma disponibilidade dos funcionários em procurar resolver e ajudar. Tudo muito impessoal.

Della struttura non mi è piaciuto il fatto di non averla trovata molto pulita e il fatto di avere trovato la camera da letto con la tapparella rotta

Fabulous location right opposite the Palace Gardens, which are free and wonderful, and also a five minute walk from the Egyptian temple, also free to visit. Very bright, modern apartment with dishwasher, washing machine, air con, TV, fast wifi. Five mins walk to metro station. Lots of restaurants within a 2 or 3 minute walk

We didn't appreciate the security deposit - you get the choice of putting a hold (I forget whether it was 200 or 300 euros) on your card which they will return a week or so later, once they've deducted any breakages, or paying an up front 16 euros to cover minor scrapes and such. It kind of felt like extortion. The entry process is a real pain. You have to download an app, or access a kind of online lockbox in order to open the street door and apartment door when you first arrive. If you're travelling from overseas and don't have local data, it's not possible to get in so we had to go and buy a data package that we didn't want just to get into the building!

Perfect location, comfortable bed and sofa, big space, fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook during their stay

I didn’t receive the email with check-in instructions so we had problems getting in the apartment, luckily the staff were very responsive and helpful, make sure you check your email before you arrive. I think the online instructions how to get in are not very clear. Luckily there’s a normal key you can use throughout your stay

The location was excellent. Loved being so close to everything.

The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. The entrance area was a little shabby. I preferred the key entrance to the building, so thankfully a key was offered.
