Location was perfect and central. The apartment was clean and well furnished.

had no hot water for 4 days and no information or assistance about the problem. Also we had problem with opening the entrance door without getting the travel pass for spain( which costed us 60 extra euros) even though we had an International sim card

The location is good

The electric key from a link was unavailable the night before I checked out，and I had to staying outside the street in midnight for morn than 40 minutes until some one from booking.com came to open the door.

Location and the cleanness of the apparent

Very helpful for any obstacles you may face. All facilities you need is available in the apartment.

Great location, close to Principe Pio and Plaza España. Comfortable bed. The cleaning was too late on the first day, however they compensated me for that. The electronic keys works great and the (online) communication with the staff was good.

Water tap was unstable in the bathroom.

We didn't stay in the apartment that we booked as there was an issue with the hot water. We were moved to a more central location (bonus) but the apartment was dark and small and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. There were 2 bedrooms which was a plus as the original apartment only had one, so that and the location were the only things going for it.
