Las Infantas Zona Centro

It was very central, a great launch pad for food, retail outlets and all the sites. The apartment worked well for the 3 of us. The facilities were good, we just underused them and ate out.

Contact was minimal. We were “left hanging” about luggage storage issues when comfort could have been given weeks ahead. A non-negotiable meet the owner / agent at 1pm at the accommodation came through late on. Leaving bags (next door) after check out was also straightforward we found out. Some finesse here would have helped lots.

Perfect location and super flat.

Great central location within walking distance to sights. Property was well equipped and has everything we needed. Property is on the 3rd floor with nil lift, however we had no issues getting up the stairs.

Very nicely furnished accommodation with all necessary appliances. The location is excellent, right in the center, and at a very reasonable price.

The arrival process and key collection from the owner was a bit confusing, as you need to ring a doorbell, but the instructions weren't completely clear. Also, window blackout blinds would be a welcome addition to block outside light.

The place was nice. The positive things were its good location (just two blocks from Gran Vía) and that it was clean and the staff was friendly. However, on the other hand, the entrance to the building is old and there’s no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, it might be a bit hard to carry it up the stairs. The Wi-Fi was also really slow; if you’re in the room, it may not work well. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Perfect location, about 50-100 meters from Gran Via. Big apartment with solid equipped kitchen.
