Central location , easy to reach, good value for the price

Would have been better with an elevator, mostly for the luggage , but st the end the 3rd floor wasn’t so bad

Great location, very nice apartment. Clean, spacious, had everything we needed. Communications was great, the owner is very responsible. Definitely recommend.

It's in a fantastic location for getting around, the apartment was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the shower was really good. It felt secure locking the door and was peaceful at night. Also I had arranged a 15:00 check in but due to a delayed flight I messaged to say it would be around 15:30 they responded and the person was there on time. She spoke no English but we got there

I didn't have a problem with the communal entrance, it was clean, the lack of blackout blinds didn't bother me too much but could definitely affect you if you wanted a long lie. My main issue was there not being a blanket on the bed, it was hot in Madrid but a sheet as a cover is not comfortable (or in my view acceptable) it just ends up in a ball. I feel if you book a room the bed has to have something and you can choose to remove it. Also the WiFi wasn't very good in the bedroom, it was much better in the main room.

The entrance of the building looks really bad. Beside of this there was a renovation going on upstairs which created huge noise in the morning …

Being near Gran Via it was easy to get to all Madrid tourist attractions by foot which I greatly appreciated .The apartment was very comfortable and clean, would definitely be staying there if I'm going back to Madrid one day,the host was also very nice.

The bathroom door was hard to open , but otherwise it was a very nice stay
