Location is very good.

Simple place, in a huge building with 30 floors, centre of Alicante only 5 mins walk.

WiFi didn't work for a couple of days, neither did the stove. They sent someone around who fixed the issues within 30 mins. There was no drip tray for washing up. Kitchen was not practical at all, tiny with no surfaces to prepare anything. Good for a couple of days or if eating out all the time, but beyond that impractical. Also there were no bedside lamps and no plugs for any bedside lamps. TV had no internet connectivity.

Woman on the desk downstairs who worked for the hotel was so rude, apparently if you're not staying in the hotel and in a private apartment instead you're not allowed any help with anything.

The location is perfect, walking distance to most of the attractions, tram station Luceros is very close. The studio itself is very clean, with all the necessary appliances. You also get a pretty nice view from the balcony (mostly on the left, where you can see the castle and the centre, straight away it's not that pretty, but at least you don't look into the windows on the next building). The bed was super comfortable for me (plus for the duvet, not just the sheets). Couch is also great, very nice to sit on. Before the stay, all of my questions were answered pretty quickly and all the information on the check-in and getting into the apartment were provided perfectly - with instructions and photos (even the short movie!) I was there with my mom and we were both super happy with everything.

Very nice apartment in a central location with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Seamless check-in and check-out. All good :)
