The location is excellent, in the centre of the city, the apartmen is well equipped, ( iron, microwawe, washing machine, aircondition, household supplies, spices, oil, napkins........ even parasol ) and bright . :) The wifi was correct, the balcon with clothes dryer was practical.

Unfortunately quite noisy due to the warehouse building opposite.

Great location for exploring Alicante. Bright, airy and well equipped apartment. Good communication prior to arriving. Excellent surroundings for shopping, eating and drinking and public transport only a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

Bathroom could do with a little updating (suggest a new toilet seat and looking at bottom of shower door). A basket in the shower for holding toiletries would be very good due to limited space within cubicle.

We hardly could read the numbers on the key box.

Nice studio with balcony, good central location, everything in walking distance, tranvia and bus stations very close. All useful details were provided ( e.g. beach towel and umbrella ). AC worked well. Excellent contact with the host - always fast in answering and very supportive. We would come here again.

Excellent location couldn’t be more central and has everything needed for a pleasant city stay. Located in a secure building literally on the doorstep of both the nightlife and main shopping district

Some noise from the street at night, but to be expected being that central.

The building is located just Infront of the loading bay of elcorteingles shopping center and its very noisy at nights

I knew this area from a previous stay in the same building. The balcony was south facing with an open outlook above the rooftops which was very pleasant. Higher floors (more expensive) have a sea view. I liked the espresso coffee machine (with coffee provided). Everything that I wanted was conveniently within walking distance. The bus is very easy to use if required (1 fare for all trips) and very regular. The light rail system is also very convenient and can be used to travel up and down the coast. There is a 24 hour reception on the ground floor which I found reassuring. It is also possible to purchase breakfast at the reception desk

As a preference, I would have liked the bathroom to be a little bigger. It would also have been good to have a freezer as well as the fridge which was provided. However, for the price paid the facilities were excellent.
