This was my third time to this property. I enjoy the balcony that gets the sun most of the day. It is in a good location with only a short walk to the very centre of town and the waterfront. The property has the advantage of being close to many shopping outlets located at that end in the city. The kitchen is well equipped and I particularly enjoyed the coffee m/c. Towels and bedding were plentiful. But no tea/dish towel.

It would have been good to have a toaster. I was in the apartment for 2 weeks so would have liked enough coffee pods for one per day.

Great location, everything you need in the apartment, spotlessly clean.

The property was super clean, spacious and the hosts were responsive.

Very good handy location in the center of Alicante. A clean studio with a compact but functional kitchen. The owner is responsive and always in touch. It is not related to the apartments, but were really impressed by the music festival procession in the city center.

There are a lot of shops nearby, BUT they don't work on holidays and weekends)

This was my second visit to this apartment. I like the location. Short walk to shops. restaurants, wine bars, marina, etc. The apartment faces south so the sun is on the balcony most of the day. There is an open outlook over the top of buildings in front of the apartment.

I would have liked a toaster. I would prefer a freezer instead of the existing dishwasher which I don't think is necessary for only a couple of people. More shelves facing the kitchen area would be helpful since the worktop is quite small.
