Apartamento Algalia Catedral

Great location. Very close to the Cathedral.

The shower drain was partially clogged. We cleaned it as much as we could, but the water drained very slowly. We took short showers so as to avoid having water on the bathroom floor. The hair dryer did not work. The apartment is very close to a noisy club that is open from 11pm to 4am.

No prior directions on the booking app on how to check in, door to building entrance was locked and no indication where Algalia Catedral is, ie, no sign on door or labeled door call button.

AC outlet by 2 beds/room old, nothing stays plugged in I agree with the other reviews, definitely not 65m2, even if the owner has a piece of paper; that's why the kitchen table folds into a sliver, fold up kitchen chairs. The apartment is very small , which is fine, but lets be honest about it, we found so many listed “amenities” on [Booking.com](http://Booking.com) that are inaccurate; not spacious, no terrace, not handicap accessible, no bidet and many other inaccuracies, etc. Smelly upon arrival, we think something is afoul in the bathroom, probably why there were fragrance things in each room. Pillows in 2 bed bedroom are bolsters, very uncomfortable and very noisy bed frame so getting in/out of bed, always woke my partner when I got up. Can't open the wardrobe doors and dress or let's some one walk by the bedroom space is so small, would be much nicer to have a bench with shelves/hanger and no doors. A terrace is a usable outdoor space, for gathering or entertaining, this apartment definitely does not have a terrace. Once you work your way through the window, the balcony barely has space to stand, another set of windows swing out and that takes up a fair bit of the balcony. There was two bedrooms, which was nice. Be honest with us.

Very comfortable apartment in Santiago. 2 bedrooms and a much needed washing machine!

No keyless entrance

Only good location; Good to know: the covered public parking is very near (5 mnts walk) & you pay 16,35 € per day; a day is complete after stayin' more than 7h30 in it; For the restaurants/Bars below, we were 2 nights on a sunday and monday, so they were close, so not noisy for us ( we stayed on the first floor)

It's not 65 m2 as mentionned, (as soon as you get in you can tell), it's 34m2 !!! the owner insisted on the phone that it is 65, that he has the paper, he pays the tax, the city hall paper says 65, blablabla... what ever papers says: it's 34m2, i measured even with a laser; We complain through Booking and got only 5% back (10 € , hahaha...thats what the owner granted us); True he said we could have left on the spot, but to do so, being a family of 4 with kids, you need to find another place, IF there is availability,...if he wanted to refund the full price...big trouble to do so on the spot; So we stayed, but be aware that it is not big at all (30 m2 difference! it needs to be known from all) (Living/kitchen is 13,5 m2, bathroom,wc 2.90 m2, rooms 8,5 m2) Also beds are small (190x135), pillows are bolsters!Positive things as mentionned above, he knows he has a great location, walking distance to all.
