Great location with a nice cafe downstairs. Close to everything. 5min from the cathedral.

The heating disappeared on second day. We had to fix the electric kettle ourselves and electricity kept going off.

location was good, near the cathedral as described

VERY NOISY: There is a nightclub just outside the bedroom rooms, the noise from customers in the street went on all night past 4am, each of the two nights of our stay (Tue/Wed). UNUSUAL REQUEST FOR MONEY: The property owner request 50€ via PayPal for key deposit before check in, I didn’t not pay as this was not on the terms in booking.com. We’re we’re unable to check one hour past listed check in, with no explanation.

"Good central location, did like the request for money after we have checked in"

Location is good very central

The host asked for €50 of deposit to paid via PayPal He asked for this about 5 hours after we checked in, obviously we didn’t pay as it wasn’t mentioned on the terms and conditions

Very central location. Very good kitchen. Fair sized bedrooms

No instructions on collection of keys before arrival. Common area contained a sofa and TV but was small to service 4 people. Foldup table and chairs available but we would have found an additional armchair more useful since we were eating main meals at restaurants.

"A solid place in the old town."

The location was fantastic - just off the central area. The owner has put a lot of effort into sound reduction. We slept peacefully through the loudest celebration of the year with a wild street party just around the corner. The owner was very helpful. The kitchen is very modern. Best washer in Spain. Wi-Fi was good. One of the reviews mentioned a loud bar below. We only saw a quiet breakfast place - recommend.

Like most places in the old town, it’s small. Some of the furniture is bulky and hard to maneuver around. Some parts need updating. Needs a drying rack.
