très beau séjour malgré la chaleur, très bel appartement avec airco, très propre et très bien situé à quelques dizaines de mètres de la place des hercules une belle avenue avec des dizaines de restaurants, de bars et même une supérette Dia ou on peut trouver de tout : viande, légumes, boissons et non alimentaire. Proprio sympa, Super!

Smeštaj nas je oduševio.. Vlasnik nas je primio i pre predvidjenog roka,jer smo zbog leta stigli rano. Imali smo sve neophodne aparate u apartmanu...veš mašinu,peglu,mikro talasnu,veliki frižider...čak i aparat za kafu,sa ostavljenom kafom. Lokacija je neverovatno dobra...sve je odmah blizu. Sve preporuke za ovaj smeštaj.

Jedina zamerka je malo bolje čišćenje osoblja za higijenu. Na samom frižideru ima dosta prašine.

La pulizia è da migliorare e condiziona il comfort interno. Pessimo odore nell' androne. È tutto un po' vetusto contrariamente dalle foto.

Appartement bien situé à 20 minutes à pied du centre, au calme, dans un quartier agréable, avec des restaurants sympas dans le quartier. Appartement confortable, avec tout le nécessaire.Il manquait juste un torchon pour la cuisine. Et ce serait bien de nous préciser le type de capsule pour la cafetière . Les informations pour récupérer l'appartement étaient claires, aucun souci...

The apartment has an excellent location, only about 10 minutes from the city center, and the private garage nearby for €20 per night is very convenient. Communication with the host was also excellent – we received precise instructions for both the apartment and the parking, which made check-in very easy.

We were quite disappointed with the condition of the apartment. It was poorly cleaned, with visible dirt and some rubbish left on the floor. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned. The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress had another foam on it cover which made it very uncomfortable. The bedding was already made up, but the sheets had an unpleasant smell, and the pillow also smelled bad, which made sleeping uncomfortable. In the kitchen, the dishes were not properly washed, and the cutting board in particular was in very poor condition and not usable. Overall, the location and communication were great, but the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment did not meet our expectations. Considering the price of €610 for 3 nights including parking, we would have expected a much cleaner, better maintained, and more updated accommodation.
