Location was excellent, having a lift was good. Size of apartment was excellent and nice balcony

Pick up of keys was not easy, the vending machine was hard to locate. There were a few issues of maintenance when we arrived- a broken window, broken toilet seat and Brocken plug socket. We would have liked a few facilities such as tea-towels and basic things like coffee and tea.

"Location fab but apartment SO not worth it- dirty dirty dirty!!!"

Location is fantastic. Relatively cheap compared to other places.

Dirty. Stains on sheets,towels,carpets, walls etc. Claims it has a ‘balcony’ but the shutters are so rusted and rotted we had to crawl on our knees to get out and under them- cutting our legs on rusty nails that stick out. Stupid not being able to collect keys from the property, we had to walk in 32 degrees to collect them 20 minutes away. Communication with host is awful- you simply will not get a reply for days on end.
