Marrubi - Basque Stay

The apartment was very spacious and had two shower rooms with toilets which was very convenient for 3 people. It could fit 6 people if needed. It was very well equipped with everything you might need for a long stay. There was even a beach umbrella which was very appreciated! The location is super central and between two main beaches which is great for mixed groups (those who want to surf and those who want to relax in the water). The old town with the best pintxos is right at the door step, as well as a big supermarket.

The keys had to be picked up from a different location which was a bit of a walk from the flat, but there was clear communication about this from the beginning. The pick up itself was very easy, and at the end the keys could be left behind in the flat.

Com que vam anar a veure el Jazzaldia, la ubicació va ser el més positiu, ja que és al costat de la zona de concerts.

Faltaven culleretes petites; només n'hi havia dues de cafè.

Nice location

The worst experience with booking an apartment EVER! No communication with the personel, did not get the keys until day 2, so had to book emergency accomodation late at night. Don’t book this flat.

Location. Two shower rooms.

There was no personal contact with any staff. Key drop off machine was 20 minutes walk from the apartment. Cleanliness was poor, especially the carpets and curtains. From the description and photos on Booking.com. it implied there was a balcony and a terrace. In reality there was only a drab terrace at the back and the view was blocked off with screening. There was no provisions in the kitchen.

Very spacious, bright and airy. Everything you needed to make your stay comfortable were there. The location was close to the old town

Only a small issue was having to collect the keys in an Agency involving extra taxi costs

Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and other activities and attractions; elevator, separate bathrooms each with shower and toilet , and a balcony with a table and chairs. Available at a reasonable price for its location!

Key pickup at a different location. A little more attention could be given to upkeep: table leg with missing screw, electrical socket dislocated from wall and carpet to bedroom showing its age and wear.

Lovely apartment, in Old Town. It was nice having two showers and a washing machine. The apartment was in a nice quiet building. Very convenient to beach, restaurants and shops.

Although the bathrooms and kitchen were spotlessly clean, the carpets and rugs were dirty. The curtains also had stains. Does not make for a good first impression.
