It was central to everything

Getting the key was stressful didn’t get the email until the next day the sofa bed was uncomfortable there was no iron or hairdryer could do with updating

If you don't know Benidorm.Its quite a long way from the apartment to pick up the keys

The apartment is out of this world in so many ways. The location is perfect the view from the balcony so nice and the whole complex is spotless even parking outside the gate was easy always a spot .. the TV is connected to Netflix etc and the cleaning staff had left the place smelling beautiful and fresh ... I imagine when the pool is open it's a great place to be and would love to return ... Big thanks also to the concierge for his help

The thing letting the property down is the collection process for the keys it was confusing to say the least and for some mad reason they won't tell you the collection point until the time you can collect in my opinion they could give you this much earlier but tell you the keys simply won't be available until said time .... After a hard mornings work this was annoying also if they could mark the keys with which actual apartment it is that would be a massive help to future visitors... I feel I'm been slightly harsh with my score but it really did confuse me and I'm a practical person... Also the washing machine not working upset me as when I seen it on the advertisement I thought brilliant and took a bag of mucky clothes in to wash but no joy but everything else is amazing

Location perfect. Now free parking area opposite the entrance. Quiet apartments apart from toilets flushing.

The bedroom shutter was broken. Lack of electric sockets on kitchen countertops. Late entry. We were aware that entry was from 4pm, but usually gain access well before this time. You have to pick up the keys from a bar about a 12 minute walk away.
