Online request for identity documents and passports before the stay, is done by scanning the identity document through a website, for data verification. Access to the apartment by any person not included in the reservation is prohibited under any circumstances. Accessing more people than those established in the reservation will have as a penalty what the law establishes plus the full deposit for failing to comply with the regulations for housing for tourist purposes. The keys are collected at the associated establishment on CALLE JAÉN, on the day of arrival and after completing the online Check-in, we will send you the definitive information for the collection.
