Location was excellent and the apartment was clean to an acceptable standard. Furniture dated and walls need a lick of paint

1. Can't check in til 4pm and don't get information on getting keys in the first instance until 330pm then fetching keys , parking car and accessing the apartment was like being part of the krypton factor and an escape room combined. Instructions and you tube videos provided complicated and confusing 2. Most important 2 out of the 4 of us have medical conditions where by one of the main reasons for booking this apartment was the need for air con which tripped the electrics every time you switched it on I contacted apartment rep directly and asked for help to resolve this and this message was not responded to we were only there for 2 nights so any longer would have been a serious issue for us. There was a fan at the apartment, but dis not work, and having now read more reviews, it appears there have been issues with the electric for a number of years that have never been addressed/resolved 3. Although WiFi offered as a facility, neither connected to Internet as signal so poor CX service great until there is an issue, and then you get ignored Am glad we were only there 2 nights so didn't totally ruin the break If the issue with electricity and WiFi gets sorted, I would definitely book again as it would be great value for money

Comfortable apt. clean .good location

Access and exit to car park. Better communication. Not received location to pick up keys until arrival. Not clear on where to park car. No signage and videos sent did not help the situation. On exit could not access the parking area to get to the car. Keys given did not work. This spoilt our holiday as it was a celebration of a special birthday. This could get easily resolved if directions were updated.

The property itself was very clean and great location very well-maintained communal areas.

This is not a complaint it’s for information for you just in case you’re not aware, as I was not at the property long enough for it to be an issue, the bathroom door you couldn’t close because the handle was falling off there was no lights in the main bedroom we had ironing board but no iron. We had a toaster that didn’t work and the oven/grill that didn’t work either and if I was staying for a week, it would’ve been a bigger issue, but it wasn’t really an issue for me.
