Beliggenheten var super,+ for tre bad.vi fikk også tilgang til leiligheten før avtalt noe som var veldig beleilig i forhold til tidelig ankomst

Forvirrende kjøkken situasjon, det er to men lite benk plass.det ene soverommet hadde dorlige madrasser.

Emplacement, taille de l'appartement, la petite terrasse et la très jolie vue.

Pas de climatisation (équipement non indiqué sur l'annonce=okay) Parking indiqué comme disponible mais déjà occupé alors que la réservation datait d'une semaine... Il est très compliqué de se garer sur San Sébastien tout particulièrement dans cette période. Très désagréable désillusion.... La douche de la suite parentale est ridiculement petite avec près de la moitié d'une largeur de 40 cm Le système de checkin est en ligne, très long, envoi de documents par photos et signature... C'est trop complexe et repose les efforts côté client. Les clés sont à aller chercher à une autre adresse (stress supplémentaire), code a taper sur une borne pour récupérer la clé. Pas de réel éclairage dans la chambre principale, juste des lampes sur les tables de nuit. Isolation phonique insuffisante dans la chambre principale qui donne sur la rue côté mer. Très difficile de créer l'obscurité également, systèmes occultants pas assez efficace....

Квартира грязная, кровати не удобные. Нет даже элементарные вещей как шампунь, гель для душа, таблетки для кофе машины, порошок….

The location is excellent and the living room is great. We all loved looking out across to La Concha beach. Also had three bathrooms which was very useful.

We were not told the apartment number or floor. We had the building address but not the apartment number which is quite crucial. When I phoned the helpline for this, they said they could not understand me though they did speak perfectly in my language. The kitchen could be better stocked for utensils etc - neither kitchen sink had a plug (we had to buy one), no kitchen towel was provided to dry items, no cheese grater and the freezer needs defrosting. The bath towels provided were very hard, a little point but soft towels make all the difference. The apartment could do with a full industrial clean. It felt like we were the first people staying there this summer, there was lots of dust under furniture and broken furniture on the back balcony. The TV is quite dated and it was not possible to watch Netflix or other apps on the living room system.

Very spacious, clean and each bedroom had an adjacent shower/ toilet which was great when travelling with friends. Good location. Quiet residential property which suited us

No extra towels or pillows provided. Only one pillow on each bed.

Absolutely nothing. It was exceptional. The location was excellent and it is certainly value for money.
