Rincón de los Abanes - Finca Casa Jardín-VV

Die Einrichtung und der Finca-Stil hat uns gut gefallen. Auch die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war sehr gut.

Das Appartement liegt in einer Zone, in der man nicht mit dem Auto hinfahren darf. Nicht einmal zum Koffer auspacken. Wir bekamen einen Strafzettel und es war äußerst mühsam und kompliziert, die Strafe bei der örtlichen Polizeistation zu entrichten. Nur Personen, die dort ihren Hauptwohnsitz haben, dürfen hineinfahren, um zu ihren Häusern zu gelangen. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind zwar in der Nähe, aber es ist schwierig, einen freien Platz zu finden.

Cerca de la Laguna, ideal para moverte por la zona norte pero en una zona muy tranquila. Casa antigua restaurada con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días.

La ubicación

No se correspondía con las fotos, no podíamos abrir las ventanas por los mosquitos y pasamos muchísimo calor ya que aunque anuncian que tienen aire acondicionado no teníamos el mando, lo pedimos, nos contestaron un par de horas el aire y luego lo apagaron de nuevo, todo desde la distancia.

Overall, Our stay at Rincón de Los Abanes - Finca Casa Jardin was a lovely experience. The house is spacious, cozy, and the woman we coordinated with via messaging was extremely prompt and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we slept soundly, and having Netflix available was perfect for an evening when we stayed in.

The house did have a musty and damp smell, as listed in other reviews. It immediately greets you as you walk inside every single time. Maybe a few incense sticks could help or an air freshener or two! There was an old, moldy coffee filter filled with coffee in the machine. When we told the host they kindly apologized and offered to bring us a new one, which was helpful. The bathroom is newly renovated, which was great, though the shower door didn’t seal properly and caused a lot of water to leak from the bottom. Keep in mind this listing does have a full kitchen but does not include any spices like salt or cooking oil. If this is important to you, keep that in mind. The outdoor area is nice but didn’t feel private, so we didn’t used it. There is renovation/construction work going on in the main house and a couple people walking about working. That said, it was still very quiet at all times while we were on the property! We were there from around 8 or 9pm each night and left the following mornings around 9-11, the only noise was the occasional plane overhead, but we didn’t mind that at all even though some flew very low!
