Rincón de los Abanes - Finca Casa Jardín-VV

The accommodation is in a quiet location with lots of greenery. The area is largely inhabited by locals with many traditional food places. We had a great time.

Personally, for me, it's a fantastic location, spacious house, nice interior and very clean with everything needed for a self catering stay. Felt like home away from home. Martin, the owner was very friendly. He took his time to show us his garden and gave us oranges and avocados. Peli, the person in charge of our reservation whom we met upon checking out was lovely too. Highly recommended

Spacious with a good kitchen and a TV to watch Netflix. Space outside to sit and in a quiet, residential area with some nice restaurants nearby. Generally, plenty of parking on the road nearby.

Poor communication from the host and no recommendations on what to do. There were some business cards left on the kitchen table but no other communication from the host. There was a festival which made parking impossible and we would’ve appreciated a warning about this. Also very confusing instructions about the bins. The bathroom doesn’t have a proper door to separate it from the bedroom. The house got quite moist and there’s little privacy.

Nice atmosphere and cozy apartment

Room was a little damp and cold when we arrived and smelled a little of fugue fungus.

This is a lovely apartment with a beautiful garden. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the garden and having a drink in the garden before going out for dinner. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable to live in. The location is very good, in a peaceful neighbourhood. La Laguna is close by so you can drive there or take a bus for more restaurant options. It is a good location if you want to explore Anaga Park, which we really enjoyed visiting!

It would have been useful if there was a washing machine in the apartment but we had one at the next place we stayed so it wasn't a deal breaker.

The apartment is very quaint! Really lovely experience staying there. Easy to check in and could check out slightly later which we appreciated. Really lovely stay here. Also the black out windows are amazing at night to sleep well! Also parking is very good, there's always somewhere to park just outside which was great.

Of course being so close to the airport you did hear the planes passing and seems a lot of the neighbours have dogs that bark a lot which didn't bother us too much, but if you stayed longer it might!

The studio was nicely decorated. There was a garden down below.

We did not appreciate the noise of the planes starting at 7 am and continuing through breakfast. During the four nights we stayed there we were kept awake by dogs barking throughout the night. There were 2 mattresses one of which was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The studio smelt of damp particularly inside the cupboards where the cutlery, crockery and clothes are. There is no ventilation in the place to eliminate condensation. The accommodation is not situated in La Laguna but in Guamasa so the advertisement could be misleading if you are expecting to be elsewhere.
