- After shower and oven broke, they were fixed quickly - Very comfortable bed - You can set your biological clock (sleep time only 23.00-07.00) - when you are not woken up by planes ;) - It might not be that annoying for 1 or 2 nights

- Humidity inside was very high, after 2 nights all cloths smell of mould. - You have to set up (turn on, turn off, increase, decrease) your heating (via AC unit) by messaging the owner, as there was no remote control available. It was the most annoying and ridiculous thing in this apartment (considering the cold and wet area). For example - when you start to cook - the AC starts to cool down, even though it's very cold in the apartment because it's just above the stove. So you have to write to the owner to change it for a moment. - Aircraft noise from 07.00 to 23.00, they take off directly above the apartment, so it's sometimes veeery loud. - The location is bad, not only because there is nothing around, or because it is rainy and cold, but also because there is no convenient public transport (it is easier to get to Santa Cruz from Puerto de la Cruz than from Guamasa). Intercity buses don't stop there.

Very nice accomodation - fully equipped and spacious house. Really nicely done, huge kitchen, comfortable bed. There is a barbeque area in front of the house. I would recommend it to anyone who plans to stay a bit longer in this area. You can park the car in the nearby street for free. And very friendly and helpful host!

There was not much happening in the area, but with a car it was easy to get everywhere, it is very close to the highway. It is close to the Northern Airport, so the planes landing can get loud - but after a while you get used to the noise. They never flew between 11PM - 7AM.
