Great location, clean and well maintained.

The apartment was spacious and light. Location is perfect for a city trip, a lot of cafes and shops around the corner. The roof terrace is amazing!

The street below is very noisy all through the night and the windows don’t block the noise. I had to sleep with earplugs in.

It was a very nice two bedroom apartment, bedrooms on different floors with an ensuite each. Perfect for my son and I. Great location, bars and restaurants 1 min walk away.

It wasn’t clean. The white duvet on one of the beds had bright red blood spots and blood smears on the bottom of it. There was thick dust, feathers, elastic band and other rubbish under one of the beds. Dried tooth paste on the bathroom floor, stains on the bathroom wall and kitchen wall. When we reported the blood stains the company offered to change them straight away. We used the washing machine. It finished the work cycle, we opened the door to find our clothes sitting in water. Water spilt on the floor and as we couldn’t find a mop, we walked barefoot and our feet became very black. The company told us if we wanted to use the washing machine again, we should let them know! When the floor became wet I lifted the electric fire and the bottom half of side panel came apart, when I advised the company, they asked if it was still working. No-one came to check it out.

The apartment was too cold and had stone floor in winter we froze the first night and caught cold, decided to check out earlier and go to a proper place. After we explained the issue to the owner, no responsibility or care was precieved.

Great location, close to some fantastic restaurants & bars.

The fact the bedrooms were on two separate floors made it a bit tricky staying with kids.

Location

There is no lift and you need to carry your own luggage up to two floors.

The location is wonderful, very quick walk to the main attractions and restaurants. A very quiet location, both inside and the immediate surrounding area. Good communication with the hosts. Very comfortable beds. Great rooftop terrace.

The stairs which can't be helped, but should be considered for anyone with mobility issues.

Communication for access and cleaning of the apartment was excellent, great hosts.

located in the middle of the tourist area next to the cathedral and palace. Busstop (Paseo del toro) at 5 minutes walk from the apartment if you take the airport bus to the city centre. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Note: sleepbed in the living room is less comfortable for adult persons. Doors have to be opened by means of accesscode provide upon day of arrival. Good and swift communication with the host by Whattsapp messages.

One of the bedrooms is located above a restaurant where they fill empty crates with bottles of drinks and rearrange tables. It makes so much noise that sleeping with the windows open is not possible. This really differs from normal city sounds.
