Genteel Home Arfe Terrace

It's location was great and the area was good with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment was decorated in a modern style with a fairly newly refurbished bathroom, with good water pressure in the shower. All the beds were comfortable as were the sofas in the lounge. The Aircon worked well in all the rooms. The terrace was a nice addition - but more stairs up - and we didn't use it because of a short stay.

I would have marked higher had it not been for the unexpected number of stairs up to the apartment - around 40, as it is on the 2nd floor of a high ceilinged building. I noticed that my initial inquiry as to what floor the apartment was on went unanswered. This was part of a longer trip and it was difficult for us at our age to drag the cases up and down all those stairs. Maybe if senior guests are staying then it would be nice for someone to meet them at the property to help with the luggage.

The location is amazing, very clean and well maintained.

It was supper hot on the day we arrived, we had the AC on once we walked in but it didn’t cool off the apartment, the first night was hard to sleep, kids and us couldn’t sleep at night because of the heat. But the night after was ok already. I think on the day someone comes in to the apartment they need to keep the AC on. It’s very hot in Seville. Other than that everything was AMAZING!

Good location which was 5 min walk to all the action of the city. Clean apartment and a very friendly host on arrival. All amenities as listed were there.

The floors and stairs leading up the 2nd floor apartment are uncomfortable for holiday bags to go up. If coming by own vehicle, first drop stuff at the apartment then drop the car to nearest car park. (22 min drive or 8 min walk) .

The location is close to most attractions. Also, there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops close by. The flat is wonderful.
