Genteel Home Arfe Terrace

The flat has an amazing location, close to the Cathedral and Alcazar.

The apartment is very nice - spacious, clean and comfortable The location is great. You can actually see the Cathedral from the terrace but at the same time the street is quite and you cannot hear the noise from the main street. The only issue is that this is a duplex (this might be a great advantage depending on whi you are traveling witj), which means there are actually 2 separate apartments (starecase is private). On the main floor there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and separate kitchen. On the second floor there is 1 bedroom with one small bathroom and 2 teracces. It is great if you are traveling with teenagers, 2 couples, but if you are traveling with smaller kids each parent needs to sleep with 1 kid on different levels which might be incovenient.

There is no luggage storage. There is an extra service - your luggage can be picked up but the price is per item. If you are traveling with kids and have lots of bags this make it incovenient and expensive. We used a third party storage room 150 m from the apartment.

The location was brilliant, so close to all the main sights. The roof terrace was brilliant and we had lots of space for the 3 of us.

We were given an apartment over 2 floors which was unexpected. A lot of internal stairs with a toddler was a bit concerning and the fact the bedrooms were on different floors meant we ended up sharing a room rather than having separate rooms which wasn’t ideal.
