The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process. Central heating is subject to timetables set by the building management. The heating hours are from 07:00 to 10:00 and then from 18:00 to 00:00, it will be set at 21 degrees. Guests must sign the property's seasonal rental contract prior to check-in. IMPORTANT: This apartment is only available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leasing Law (LAU). Guests will sign a seasonal rental agreement upon arrival. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment. The place is spacious, very clean, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, very close to the city center and the main points of interest, which made it easy to explore the area.

Locație excelentă,acces imediat la metrou,magazine în zona,foarte accesibil și mersul pe jos către obiective. S a comunicat excelent cu gazda,orice nelămurire am avut am comunicat o cu ei ,răspundeau rapid la orice întrebare .
